Lindiwe Ncongwane (MA)

She is a research librarian at the UNISA School of Business Leadership. Prior to this, she was employed as a teacher by the then Department of Education and Training. Later, she worked for the South African Committee for Higher Education as a student and tutor coordinator.

This was followed by a stint as a researcher at the Human Sciences Research Council, where she undertook research projects commissioned by the Department of Correctional Services and the Mpumalanga government.

She was subsequently appointed Senior Librarian at the Medical University of South Africa, where she carried out numerous assignments on strategy and implementation, and assisted in developing new service offerings.
