The aims of this study were to establish the parameters of EPA and trade negotiations in Angola, identify key role players and ascertain how best Oxfam Novib can support them.

To this end, the Mthente team’s task was to identify the key role players in these negotiations, and establish the nature of their concerns and challenges. Our investigation focused on six sectors, namely: negotiators, organisations, academic and non-academic institutions, key participatory individuals, civil society organizations and government institutions and departments. Mthente  presented its findings in an easily accessible tailor made data base.
