Protea Hospitality Group – Staff Perception Poll
In June 2011, Mthente was awarded a contract by the Protea Hospitality Group to conduct a staff perception poll. The poll aimed to discover how Protea staff feels about a number of key human resource aspects such as diversity, remuneration, rewards, management style, leadership, career development, office cleanliness and company benefits.
Using the information gathered from the survey, Mthente analysed the information to identify key trends, themes and opportunities that emerged from the research. Mthente then prepared a report of the findings to present to the Protea Hospitality Group. The results will assist Protea’s leadership in identifying and addressing employee concerns in order to build a strong organisational culture within the company.
