Case Study: Cape Town Fashion Council – Business Plan for a Competitiveness Programme

In November 2008, Mthente assisted the Cape Town Fashion Council (CTFC) in developing a Business Plan for a Competitiveness Programme that will aim to empower local fashion designers to become fashion entrepreneurs and survive in a competitive industry.

The programme is aimed at raising the skills of emerging fashion designers through interventions that assist them in transforming their talent and craft into successful, sustainable and thriving business entities.
